Coach
My name is Keileigh Sweeney, and I have been coaching since 2019 while completing my ACSM-CPT certification during college. I earned my Exercise Science degree on a pre-physical therapy track, which gave me a strong foundation in movement, rehabilitation, and long-term human performance. After graduating in 2021, I split my time coaching clients in both clinical settings and personal training environments, allowing me to work across a wide spectrum of needs and abilities.
Through my own training journey, I found my way into the competitive communities of powerlifting, strongman, and CrossFit. These experiences have shaped how I coach—bridging strength, conditioning, and real-world function.
I’ve coached a wide variety of individuals, including special populations, athletes, and general population clients, and I believe that every body has the capability to train like an athlete when programming is intentional.
My values strongly align with functional fitness and longevity-focused training—building strength and resilience through movements that prepare you for life, not just the gym. I care deeply about helping people sustain their quality of life long-term, so they can continue doing, exploring, and enjoying the things that matter most to them without unnecessary limitations.
In 2025, I earned my CrossFit Level 1, which I believe further enhances my ability to coach safely, effectively, and with purpose—supporting strength, confidence, and lifelong fitness.
