Every workout is coach-led and designed to help you move better, get stronger, and feel more capable in everyday life.

Yes. CrossFit is for everyone, regardless of age, background, or current fitness level. Every workout is scaled to the individual. At Vanguard, beginners start with our On-Ramp Program to learn movements, build confidence, and train safely before joining regular classes.

No. Getting in shape is the reason you start. Our coaching staff adjusts movements, loads, and intensity so you can train safely and effectively from day one.

The On‑Ramp Program is a required introduction for new members who are new to CrossFit. It focuses on teaching foundational movements, proper technique, and class structure so you feel confident and prepared. Safety and long‑term progress are the priority.

Each class is led by a professional coach and includes:

  • A structured warm‑up
  • Strength or skill work
  • A coached workout
  • A cooldown or mobility segment

You’ll never be left on your own. Coaches guide you every step of the way.

 

Yes—when coached properly. Safety is foundational at Vanguard CrossFit. Our programming is intentional, movements are scaled, and coaches actively monitor technique. Our goal is sustainable progress, not shortcuts.

Vanguard CrossFit is built on leadership, discipline, and expertise. With over 17 years of CrossFit experience and elite‑level coaching, we prioritize structure, accountability, and long‑term development. Our programming is written in‑house and designed to help members continually improve.

All Vanguard coaches are CrossFit certified and trained to work with athletes of all levels. Coaching is hands‑on, attentive, and professional. We believe great coaching is what separates a good gym from a great one.

Most classes are 60 minutes.

Membership includes access to coached CrossFit classes and Barbell Club sessions. Specialty services such as personal training and nutrition coaching are available separately.

Yes. Our Barbell Club focuses on Olympic lifting and barbell technique for members who want to improve strength, mechanics, and confidence under the bar.

Yes. Personal training provides one‑on‑one coaching tailored to your goals, schedule, and needs. It’s ideal for skill development, injury considerations, or accelerated progress.

Yes. Nutrition coaching is available as an add‑on service to support training performance, recovery, and overall health.
