Start With a Plan
Training at Vanguard CrossFit begins with coaching and a clear path forward.
New members start with a Free Week to experience our coaching, structure, and environment firsthand. Beginners then complete the On Ramp Program to learn foundational movements, understand how training is structured, and build confidence before joining regular classes.
From the beginning, your training is guided by a plan built around clear goals and consistent follow through.
