CrossFit at Vanguard CrossFit is a coached group training program focused on strength, conditioning, and real world fitness. Classes are built around intentional programming, clear goals, and consistent follow through.
This is not random workouts or unstructured group exercise. Training is planned, coached, and progressed over time so members can build strength, improve conditioning, and move well for the long term.

Start With a Plan
New members can begin with a Free Week to experience CrossFit classes at Vanguard and understand how training is coached and structured. Beginners start with the On Ramp Program to learn foundational movements and expectations before joining regular classes.
From the start, training is guided by a plan and supported by coaching.
