What CrossFit Training Looks Like at Vanguard

Program Overview

CrossFit at Vanguard CrossFit is a coached group training program focused on strength, conditioning, and real world fitness. Classes are built around intentional programming, clear goals, and consistent follow through.

This is not random workouts or unstructured group exercise. Training is planned, coached, and progressed over time so members can build strength, improve conditioning, and move well for the long term.

CrossFit is the core of what we do and the foundation of membership at Vanguard.

How Training Is Structured

Each CrossFit class follows a structured format led by an experienced coach. Sessions include preparation, strength or skill development, and conditioning designed to support the overall training plan.

Coaches provide instruction, movement correction, and pacing guidance throughout the class. Workouts are scaled to the individual so beginners and experienced members can train together while maintaining standards.

Programming is written in house with clear intent. Progress is tracked, gaps are addressed, and training evolves as members improve.

Start With a Plan

New members can begin with a Free Week to experience CrossFit classes at Vanguard and understand how training is coached and structured. Beginners start with the On Ramp Program to learn foundational movements and expectations before joining regular classes.

From the start, training is guided by a plan and supported by coaching.
