The On Ramp Program at Vanguard CrossFit is a structured introduction to CrossFit training. It is designed to teach foundational movements, explain how classes are coached, and establish safe training habits before joining regular group classes.
This is not a trial workout or a sales step. It is a coaching program built to prepare new members for long term success.
How We Build Your Foundation
On Ramp focuses on movement quality, understanding class structure, and building confidence under the guidance of a coach.
You will learn foundational lifts, basic gymnastics movements, and how conditioning is applied safely and effectively. Coaches take the time to explain standards, scaling options, and expectations so there are no surprises when you enter regular classes.
